Baked omelette with ricotta and tahina
A very easy and economical recipe with two advantages: it must not be turned and it is lighter!
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Servings: 4 people
100 g. of grated cheese
200 g. of ricotta
4 tbsp of tahina
Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven at180°.
- Break the eggs in a bowl, add the coarsely broken basil, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Line a baking tray with the baking paper and pour the mixture.
- Add the sliced ricotta and the tahina on it.
- Cook it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then enjoy it!
