Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper with breadcrumbs and sesame seeds
That’s a perfect summer recipe!
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 people
400 g. of spaghetti
Salt to taste
3 garlic cloves
100 g. of extra virgin olive oil
2 hot red peppers
4 tbsp of breadcrumbs 3 tbsp of sesame seeds
Start cooking the pasta in boiling salted water.
In the meantime prepare the dressing.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into fairly thin slices.
Cut the hot red peppers by removing the stalk.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté peeled garlic cloves and chopped hot red pepper for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour 10 g. of extra virgin olive oil in a small pan, add breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and mix until the crumbs will be golden brown.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and pour it into the pan, stirring for few minutes to flavour it.
Turn off the heat and add your breadcrumbs with sesame seeds on the top.
