Sesame tuna steak

A fabulous recipe for fish lovers!

800 g. of fresh tuna in slices

Salt and parsley

1 lemon

Extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp of sesame seeds


  • Start preparing the marinade with fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and olive oil.

  • Brush the steak with some marinade and let it rest for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

  • Then, in a non-stick pan, brown the fish for about three minutes on each side. Salt it lightly.

  • After cooking transfer the tuna to a cutting board, season it with the marinade and add sesame seeds. 

  • Tuna steak is ready. Enjoy it!
