Sesame tuna steak
A fabulous recipe for fish lovers!
Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 people
800 g. of fresh tuna in slices
Salt and parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp of sesame seeds
Start preparing the marinade with fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Brush the steak with some marinade and let it rest for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Then, in a non-stick pan, brown the fish for about three minutes on each side. Salt it lightly.
After cooking transfer the tuna to a cutting board, season it with the marinade and add sesame seeds.
Tuna steak is ready. Enjoy it!
