Our Organic Sesame Cream, in Arabic “tahina”, originates from gently toasted sesame seeds. It is a thick cream, with a strong sesame flavour, used as a major ingredient in hummus or as a condiment with meat, fish or vegetable dishes.

INGREDIENTS: 100% Organic Sesame Seeds of Ispica – Slow Food Presidium.
TYPE OF PACKAGING: Glass jar with black metal cap. Warranty seal. (90 gr and 180 gr). White plastic bucket with lid. (1 kg, 5 kg and 20 kg).
PACKAGING METHODS: Packaging process is carried out entirely by hand.
PRESERVATION METHOD: Mix well before using. Store in a cool and dry place.
SHELF LIFE: 24 months.
ALLERGENS: It may contain traces of nuts. Gluten-free.
